1. Q) As it is first purchased, there was a usage which we have to use it after full charge or full discharge in the box. I didn't notice it . Is it okay that I'm using it not following the notice?
... A) To credit the exact capacity of mobile saver, use it after full charge or full discharge. There's actually no problem of use it. But backlog display is not accurate, this may cause confusion. In the mobile saver, Smart Battery Control IC which accomplishes battery capacity as % in the notebook and PDA is built -in. Lithium ion battery has different character and capacity depending on each even if it is produced by same company as a same model. Also using pattern is up to user, so real capacity is different. Therefore keeping the usage mentioned above is helpful.
2. Q) In the middle of mobile saver charge, LED suddenly increased 3 to 8. What happened?
... A) With the general charger, regular current is sent on the battery. and when it's over 80%, charging current decreases inversing proportion. Sometimes in case wrong charger is used, some of the results like under half charge, no regular current , much low current, seriously noisy current may happen. Thereafter built-in Smart Battery Control IC perceives that situation as a full charged current. Then LED becomes 3 to 8.
3. Q) When I shook the body of mobile saver, I heard some noise. That means the parts are broken? Is it possible to use?
... A) Check LED pressing the button and check the status of charge or discharge. If there's no problem when you checked these, it might be the problems of switch. So push the button one more time to try again.
4. Q) What's the real capacity of mobile saver?
... A) You see the capacity at the label attached the body of mobile saver. With the real capacity, proper voltage is made and supplied to each mobile machine. To adjust the type of mobile machine (5V and above), Li-ion battery of real voltage should be heightened through the circuit. At this time, battery capacity is related with the voltage booster and is spent in the circuit. Consequently real capacity takes up the 60~70% of battery.

ex) Samsung SDI Li-ion 2,400mAh X 2Cell = 4,800mAh. Real usage capacity is 2,880~3,360mAh. and it depends on the object of charge and circumstances of charge.
....
TIP : If there's much amount of current left in the battery, you charge more connecting mobile saver.
5. Q) mobile saver doesn't work well, so disassembled the case. Is A/S available?
... A) Free A/S is not available. by the guarantee, it belongs to the paid- item. If it's broken or doesn't work normally, ask at the place you purchased. never allowed for the safety. Fire or explosion may happen.
6. Q) How long is the life span of product?
... A) by the guarantee, it's 6 months from the purchase. and this is about function and battery. When you charge or discharge the battery 300~500 times, the capacity decreases as 70% and below. If you charge or discharge the battery once a day, the life span may be about 500~600 days. After 500 times, it starts to loose. That means that there's no problem until you use it about 500 times.
7. Q) I found the charger connecting with the mobile saver connecter. Is is possible to use?
... A) No. It may cause the breaking of the body.
8. Q) In the middle of the body charge, there was light on with Error LED(Orange LED) , I stopped the charge. But Orange LED is not turned off. What should I do?
... A) That's because safety circuit works for the battery safety. Follow the 2 tacts below and use it safely.
In the 1st case : Shorten then Orange LED is turned off within 2 mins. You can use it after lights-out. If this happens again, stop the use of product and check which product has problems.
In the 2nd case : over charge or over voltage then , Orange LED is on for over 10mns, connect the mobile saver with the mobile machine to degrade voltage of product. When you discharge, LED of safety circuit movement of Orange light is turned off. Thereafter normal use is available.
9. Q) Mobile saver has On switch only, not Off switch. That means continuing discharge?
... A) Mobile saver automatically closes the power in 5 minutes when the user doesn't use it. That's why there's no off switch.
